To replace Bremer, Juve is now thinking of Skriniar: will the Slovakian “betray” Inter?

In the summer of 2023 he arrived in Paris with a load of hopes and a suitcase to fill with trophies, after having won five in Italy with the Inter shirt. The Nerazzurri, “betrayed” by the man who had decided to say goodbye a few months before, leaving the club high and dry, could now suffer a new mockery: Milan Skriniar, in fact, he is in the sights of Juventuscalled to replace the injured Bremer.

The Brazilian defender has already given an appointment for next season after rupturing the anterior cruciate in his left knee and so the Bianconeri are forced to review their plans: the defensive department has a limited number of men but Thiago Motta will have to grit his teeth until January. There won’t be a graft by fishing among the free agents: the Ramos idea arose and disappeared in the blink of an eye, the other names are not convincing. Between now and January many things can change, including the position of the Slovakian, who is not exactly a first lady in the French capital.

Skriniar will turn 30 on February 11th and was initially listed as one of the “undesirables” by Luis Enrique. The summer, however, did not bring convincing offers and so the Asturian coach had to review his plans: so far, the central defender has made two appearances in Ligue 1 (starter against Brest, replaced with Rennes), which are added to the 32 last season. The ankle injury suffered in January was the watershed moment of his experience in the Ville Lumière: from that moment on he was no longer an immovable starter, nor an untouchable one. PSG have five centre-backs in their squad (and one of these is Kimpembe…), so before selling him they should secure a valid and intact replacement. Not a small problem considering the current market, and this makes the Old Lady’s plans even more complicated.
