Race eve for the Padua, with coach Matteo Andreoletti who presented tomorrow’s match – 9th matchday of Group A of Serie C – against Giana Erminio. A challenge to which the biancoscudato club arrives as leaders of the group, but also with the Michael Liguori case to live with: as is now known, the club’s striker and top scorer was sentenced at first instance to three years and four months in prison for sexual assault, following events dating back to 2018 involving two minor girls.
The company did not want to intervene on the issue, but the coach was asked for clarity on the matter: “With regards Liguori, after the sentence, will be managed like the others, he is an available player – we read above trivenetogoal.it -. He missed a couple of training sessions but will be called up, his presence on the pitch will depend on the technical choices taking into account the training sessions missed.”
