Mario Rui breaks up with Mario Giuffredi. The news has been in the air for some time and now it’s official. The breakup is to be considered definitive, given that the prosecutor who had been managing his interests for a long time decided to report him to CONI. The agent presented an arbitration request to CONI against the Napoli defender. Below is the official press release issued by CONI:
“The Sports Guarantee Board has received an arbitration request presented pursuant to art. 22, paragraph 2, of the CONI Sports Agents Regulation, by MARAT Football Management Srl, in the person of the Sole Director and Sports Agent, Mr. Mario Giuffredi, against Mr. Mario Rui Silva Duarte, by virtue of the mandate contract stipulated on 2 December 2019, with which the aforementioned player entrusted the present applicant with the task of looking after his interests for the conclusion and/or renewal of a professional sports performance contract and the shops connected to it.
