During today’s morning live broadcast of To All Cregistered transmission TMW Radio and dedicated to the world of Serie C, spoke on Sports Director Fabio Lupowhich, among the many topics touched on, talked about the rather rapid dismissals that can be seen especially in the third series. Below are the manager’s words: “We often start with the idea of making a bet that we aren’t even convinced of, perhaps we hire a young coach or one from Serie D to save something on his salary and then we dump him immediately because he doesn’t we believe in him: but it comes back to consistency, if I make a choice, I have to believe in that, and the same goes for all categories, even for Serie A, where someone like De Rossi was sacked after 4 days. A sensational mistake , which however is done before or after. There is too much inconsistency and superficiality in the choice, situations dictated by incompetence, we are in the era of internet barbarism where everyone thinks they know a coach just because they see him on the web. Yet there are interesting coaches, I’m thinking of Fabio Prosperi from Pianese, who did well in D and is now confirming himself in C. But they need to be followed, in person, studied and known. To do this requires competence, but one is being lost the management level”.
