In the long interview given to TMW on the sidelines of the Padel Pro Am Cup event in Viareggio, Gianluca Zambrotta focused on various topics, also commenting on the teams’ progress up to this point in Serie A: “Did Conte start strong straight away with Napoli? we all know the coach, he also did this at Juventus when he arrived. Today, Napoli only has the championship and the Italian Cup, they have two objectives which, given the potential the team has, can play very well great, at the moment they are the team to beat, also knowing the value of the coach.”
Is Inter still the favourites? “Yes, it remains the favourite. It’s clear that compared to Napoli it has a more difficult and complicated path because it has the Champions League which is different compared to other years, but the Nerazzurri remain one of the favorite teams to win the championship.”
Chapter Juventus and Thiago Motta. “He chose a young coach, who did well with Bologna and is showing great personality and character. The squad and the team are there, he did very well in the Champions League, perhaps a little more effort in the championship. But compared to the others Over the years we’ve seen a slightly more courageous Juventus, who play openly like for example against Leipzig. In my opinion they can have their say in the championship in the long run.”
