The caption refers to a post in which Coentrao lists all the shirts he has worn in his career: Rio Ave, Benfica, Real Zaragoza, Real Madrid, Monaco, Sporting Clube de Portugal and again Rio Ave. At the end of the list there are a series of question marks that leave many thinking that the player could return to the football pitch.
