17-year-old Mateus Mané causes two countries to argue: England call him up one day after Portugal

Mateus Mane causes discussion between the two football federations of England and Portugal. The Wolverhampton Wanderers striker, born in 2007 in Barreiro but with dual Anglo-Portuguese nationality, was in fact called up by the Portuguese Under-18 national team exactly one day after the call from the Under-18 coach of the Three LionsLiam Bramley, to participate in the Marbella retreat scheduled for this month of October.

A choice that the young talent seems not to want to confirm, however, given that it is i Wolves both England have confirmed that he will no longer play for Portugal, but for the English representative team.

Below are the two social announcements on the new life, at least as regards international events, of the star already capable of scoring two goals in two appearances in this edition of the Under 18 Premier League.
