The general director of Novara Pietro Lo Monaco the new sporting director Federico Boveri introduced this way: “It would have naturally happened over time, but we anticipated this transition due to the sad event that occurred with the passing of Christian Argurio. We were struck as a club and as people, a bolt from the blue which shocked us. Federico has recently obtained the title of sports director in Coverciano, he is a boy with a lot of passion and a great desire to do and for me he also has the skills to do this job.
Clearly he needs to gain experience, but that will be gained on the field. I would like to point out that he is here not because of his surname but because he has quality and deserves this opportunity. I’m sure that over time he will prove to be an added value for Novara.”
