Ultras investigation, Marotta reassures fans: “Inter is the injured party, we collaborate with the judiciary”

For Inter it is a Champions League eveningwith the San Siro match against Red Star valid for the second round of the top European competition. But for Beppe MarottaNerazzurri president, there is obviously space to focus on the issues ofinvestigation into ultrasreiterating the position of the club itself: “First of all I would like to reassure all our fans – underlines Marotta to Sky Sports in the pre-match -, as the magistrates declared during the press conference, we are the injured party. At the same time we have guaranteed maximum collaboration with the judiciary and are at our complete disposal. We were like this before and we are even more so today. Through our lawyers we will always be present.”

“Moreover, Inter has a structure, a security management which is entrusted to a former public order official, who applies very rigid protocols, very stringent regulations. It is clear that we always want to enforce these things, but they are there phenomena that are outside the institutional and corporate perimeter”.
