Slovan Bratislava’s run at the top of the table continues. Weiss’ team, AC Milan’s opponents in the Champions League, easily beat Michalovce in the first match of the ninth day of the Slovakian championship.
Yet the match started on an uphill climb with Arevalo Acosta’s hosts taking the lead but at the end of the first half Barseghyan equalized the score. In the second half the former Spezia and Reggina Strelec were unleashed, scoring a brace before Zuberu’s poker. Pacinda nailed the score to 2-4 in added time.
