The Belgian defender, bought in the summer from Leuven, answered journalists’ questions: “I will give everything I have and I am really happy to be part of this club.”
What are your goals, even on a personal level?
“The first objective is that of the club, which wants to earn permanence in Serie A and has excellent players to achieve it. On a personal level, I want to play as many minutes as possible, whether from the start or during the match, based on the coach’s decisions, making sure I’m ready.”
What was the atmosphere like on Saturday at Penzo?
“It’s really nice, the fans are very active and support us fantastically. Incredible atmosphere, it was nice to play in front of our fans and then we also won, so it was a great day.”
What differences have you found between Italian and Belgian football?
“I think the intensity is very different, you have to do everything faster. There are several important clubs, but that’s the aspect that changes the most.”
