Koopmeiners’ report cards – Impossible to watch without thinking about the 60 million spent

Poor performance for Teun Koopmeiners. The Sports Gazette highlights the performance of the former Atalanta Dutchman: “He comes close to scoring the first goal a couple of times, but misses it. It’s impossible to watch him without thinking about the 60 million he spent, he hasn’t shown he’s worth it yet”. Of the same opinion AllJuve: “He has grown a lot compared to his last outings, he tries to create the best chances but in the second half he misses the most important chance of the match, created by Cambiaso and sent too high by the Dutchman who has not yet found his first goal in black and white”.

More than enough race for the Sports Courierwho reiterates the importance of the player in the Bianconeri’s maneuver: “The most dangerous actions arise from his intuitions. The triangle built with Cambiaso and Yildiz raises the overall level of Juve compared to the other areas of the pitch. Some pauses, with so few games, are natural. He raises his aim from close range, but it was not easy to coordinate in the scrum”. Echoing him TMW: “Perhaps he only needs that one play to definitively take over Juventus, he clears up many balls in the three-quarter line. He drops into the middle of the pitch, crosses and gets in. He tries with his right foot, he lacks precision but he is improving”.
