The owner of Sampdoria Matthew Manfredi and his company ‘Blucerchiati SPA’ has purchased the shares owned by ‘Sport e Spettacolo Holding’, a company of the former owner Max Ferrerothus becoming the owner of the entire share package of the Ligurian club. The club itself announced this with a concise press release on its official channels:
“UC Sampdoria Spa announces that today the investment and entry operation of Blucerchiati Spa into UC Sampdoria was concluded. With the purchase of 55,976,265 shares from Sport e Spettacolo Holding, Blucerchiati Spa now holds 99.98% of the company’s share capital”.
