Fiorentina has announced the contract renewal of one of its youth team products: “ACF Fiorentina announces that the footballer Maat Daniel Caprini (born in 2006), following the signing of his first professional contract, has tied himself to the Viola club until 30 June 2027“.
The footballer then spoke to the club’s official channels after signing: “I thank the club for their trust and I dedicate all of this to my family. I feel ready and I’m happy. In the summer it was beautiful, my first time with the big boys. You can’t forget it. Plus I felt good with the whole environment and I showed what kind of player I am. The role? I don’t have to be ready in just one role but do what the coaches ask of me. I know the whole pitch even if I like to score goals and therefore I like to play up front”.
The goal against Cesena?
“It was the first match of the championship and there was a good atmosphere, we needed to close out the match and it went well.”
What do you see in the future?
“I definitely want to make my Serie A debut. But first, I’ll give my all for the Primavera championship.”

“I have a special bond with Dodo, we always dance the first time there is music. We have fun.”
