Musiala does not renew with Bayern: Manchester City in pole position for the player

Spotlight on Jamal Musiala. The Bayern Munich star has rejected the club’s latest offer for a contract renewal. The player is currently tied to the Bavarians for two seasons with the contract expiring in 2026. At the moment, the red and whites are obviously thinking about a possible transfer so as not to lose the player on a free transfer but to capitalize on something to put in the coffers and perhaps reinvest in the transfer market in the next sessions.

Manchester City in the front row?
The player would ask for a figure of around 350 thousand euros per week, which is why an agreement has not been reached. Certainly, there are several teams that would have made an effort to buy him at the end of the season. According to today’s edition of Daily Mirrorat the forefront would be Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City who could put a significant sum on the table that would make Bayern happy.

Season Stats
Musiala’s start to the season has been truly exciting. Kompany has used the player on four occasions between the German Cup and the Bundesliga and has been rewarded in a big way. In fact, he has already scored two goals in the league with one assist. Last year, however, he collected 38 appearances with 12 goals and eight assists.
