Mancini: “Ternana? Agreement very close. Never bankrupted any team”

Regarding his interest in acquiring the Ternana, Benedict Mancini he released some statements to UmbriaOn to confirm the negotiation: “I can confirm the desire to reach the acquisition of Ternana Calcio. The agreement is very close and tomorrow (Tuesday, ed.) we will decide whether to close. If positive, we will set the date of the deed together with Guida.

We haven’t talked about figures but we are close to what has leaked (4 million euros, ed.). I found Guida to be a very helpful person and I explained my work program to him. Ours will be a technical, sporting but also real estate project. We are interested in the stadium-clinic project”. Regarding the aforementioned dispute, which involved Mancini himself: “I am also sorry because I have never let any team go bankrupt, in Latina, Catania or Rieti”.

On this topic, the general director of the Beasts, Diego Foresti: “I’ll just say that it’s no secret that the president is looking for partners or to sell – we read on TernanaNews.it -, he said it in the press conference at the start of the season and in my presentation. The only thing that I think everyone is asking for is that we sell to serious people who will carry on the colors of Ternana, I think that’s what’s important. I feel like I can say for the short time that I’ve represented these colors that I’ve done a lot and I hope that my work will continue”
