You lose confidence in dribbling from the bottom, where Milan struggled to catch us at the beginning. A bad evening that should serve as a lesson to us: without excuses, we made mistakes. On the penalty on Abraham?
“The moment you lose your certainties and commit naivety, everything gets worse. I don’t agree with the first penalty: there was a light touch on Abraham. That took the game in one direction. Then it’s unacceptable to concede four goals after half an hour and it’s difficult at San Siro. But for me that penalty was a bit forced”
Should we work on individual mistakes?
“I think the team makes mistakes together: if something goes wrong it means that everyone hasn’t done something. We need to be more of a team, without pointing the finger at certain players. We need to examine our conscience.”
