Empoli at six points, Vasquez & Co stop Madama. D’Aversa preaches calm

Six points in four matchdays: anything but predictable, considering the start that the calendar had reserved for theEmpoli. The Tuscans’ second home game of the season is another draw, again with the result 0-0, but of much greater weight than the inaugural one against Monza: Roberto D’Aversa’s team – who will return to the bench next week due to the end of his suspension – in fact forces the Juventus to play a bad match and leave Castellani empty-handed.

Vasquez locks in a golden point. The best player on the pitch, and not only for the home team, was goalkeeper Devis Vasquez: a 7 in the report card for the Colombian goalkeeper, indispensable on the few Juventus opportunities.

D’Aversa’s words. On the bench is the assistant Salvatore Sullo, but in front of the cameras here is the owner. Who does not make flights of fancy despite a more than smiling ranking: “We must think about what our objective is, we certainly cannot change our attitude after these results – says the Abruzzo coach to Dazn – we are doing well, but in the next two we will play against Cagliari and Fiorentina and we cannot let our guard down. We will try to do the best we can, then we will see how much better this is. Today we were good, it was not easy given their rotations. We had some difficulties, but even those who came in did very well”.
