Sarri: “I dream of coaching Boca Juniors one day. Me at Milan? It’s bad to talk about it now”

Maurizio Sarriformer coach of Juventus, Napoli and Chelsea among others, gave a long interview to The Sports Gazettespeaking about the experiences he would like to have sooner or later as a coach: “Boca Juniors would be a final dream, crazy, I don’t know if it’s achievable. A few games at the Bombonera would be unique”.

In its starting grid of Serie A, Sarri indicates theInter as the favorite for the Scudetto: “That’s the first impression, but I’m waiting for the evolution of many teams. We have to see Motta’s Juve and also Conte’s Napoli. Milan can have a positive evolution, the squad is strong. The same goes for Roma, who have added new players”.

There are those who would already like him on the bench of the Devil, but Sarri he doesn’t accept it and dodges the question: “It seems bad to talk about it at this time, it needs respect. Fonseca is a good coach and a high-level man, I’ve met him personally: he’s at the beginning of a journey and it’s right that he stays calm. I don’t want to get into these discussions”.

Inevitable closing on the Bianconeri: “Do I see myself in Thiago Motta? They are different films. When I arrived, Juventus did not have the conditions for a cultural revolution. At this moment, however, I think there are. We are at the beginning, but in flashes you can see Motta’s desire to do something different”.
