Alessio: “With McTominay Conte will switch to 3-5-2. I don’t think we’ll see a Napoli with 4”

Angel Alessioa technician who worked with Conte at Siena, Juve, the national team and Chelsea, spoke today on the frequencies of Radio Kiss Kiss Naples speaking of the possible changes in formation that could change the face of the Azzurri team: “After Napoli’s latest market moves I expect a change in formation, I think Antonio is thinking about 3-5-2, even if the principles remain the same as 3-4-2-1, I think that with McTominay he can easily switch to this solution by inserting an extra midfielder. Remaining on the principles of the old formation, there would be little intervention. By taking Gilmour and McTominay I think one of the two will still be included in the starting lineup”.

Antonio will continue with the three-man defense, in my opinion I don’t think he will change in the near future by moving to 4. Then during the match we will see many changes. After two months of working together the players will have acquired a lot of knowledge. In the future something will change.

In Verona, Conte made it clear in the press conference what he wanted and immediately after De Laurentiis satisfied him on the market. From that match onwards, we saw a much more solid Napoli. The team found itself against both Bologna and Parma. The group is solid and this is evident”.
