From the pitch to the market, Juve is preparing a major renewal for the 2004 talent Mbangula

There Juventus is ready to shield the baby talent Samuel Mbangulaprotagonist in this start of the season with Thiago Motta’s first team. The Belgian born in 2004, now busy with his country’s Under 21, will tie himself to Juve until 2029 and will also receive a significant salary increase, in line with his younger teammates.

Mbangula talks about his golden moment
“Am I the Belgian phenomenon of the moment? No, there are many excellent players here. I’m just doing my job, even if I’m surprised by what’s happening. Juve is one of the biggest clubs in the world – said Mbangula from his national team’s training camp -, it would surprise anyone to experience a debut like this. I always feel the pressure, but it’s a good pressure: it gives you adrenaline. Even if, now, my life has changed: I can no longer go out on the street with the same ease, I wasn’t ready for this… I preferred before! Has the competition increased? This is very positive for growing: the most experienced are the first to encourage me, Juve is a big family. And Motta gives me the confidence I need. He is always very clear: he tells you what works and what doesn’t. He also encourages us to try, above all not to hesitate: what matters is the reaction in case of a mistake, to succeed on the second attempt”.
