Praet returns to Belgium: the former Sampdoria and Torino player leaves Leicester and goes to Antwerp

In 2016 he left Belgium, with a suitcase full of dreams, heading for Italy. Dennis Praet was bought at the time by Sampdoria, before going to Leicester City and then another brief spell in Serie A with Torino. But now, eight years after leaving, the midfielder returns to his homeland and leaves the club permanently Foxes.

The former Samp and Torino player is a new Antwerp player. “RAFC strengthens its midfield with Dennis Praet (30). He has signed a contract with De Bosuil for two seasons with an option for another”, reads the official note published on the Belgian team’s website, which thus announced his purchase.
