Today Cagliari of David Nicholas played a friendly test against Pisacane’s Primavera, winning 5-2. The Sardinians, let’s remember, are preparing the important challenge against Napoli scheduled at Unipol Domus on September 15th at 6 pm.
“Open training session at the CRAI Sport Center: without the players involved with the national teams, mister Nicola’s rossoblù took to the field this afternoon for a mixed-ranks match with mister Pisacane’s Primavera. In front of over six hundred fans – many families and children present – who packed the “Carlo Enrico Giulini” stand, goals by Pavoletti in the 8th minute and Adopo in the 25th minute. In the 29th minute the Primavera scored – strengthened by Ciocci, returning to the group, Zortea, Felici and Jankto – with Vinciguerra. In the second half Bolzan immediately scored, then in the 49th and 57th minute goals by Zortea and Felici, who have now moved to the ranks of the first team. The joint training session ended with Augello’s goal for the final 5-2 (played in total 72 minutes). Then there was room for the fans to hug, with autographs and selfies.
Individual athletic work for Gianluca Gaetano and Gabriele Zappathe latter to recover from a contusion to his right ankle sustained in training.
Tomorrow, Friday 6th, new session scheduled in the morning.
