In Istanbul it is the day of Victor Osimhen. Welcomed last night by a sea of fans, the Nigerian striker has just finished his medical with Galatasaray. The announcement was made by the Turkish broadcaster Wazobia Max TV, which reported the details of the deal between the Turkish club and Napoli and the terms of the Nigerian’s contract.
Salary 100% covered by Galatasaray (the same salary he had in his contract with Napoli); 4-month loan that can be extended until the end of the season; and a new release clause of 75 million euros to be activated in January 2025 for 10 clubs. If Napoli sells him in the next transfer window, Galatasaray will receive a percentage of it.
At the moment the former Lille player and the Turkish management are headed to the stadium for the first official filming and for commitments with the company’s channels. According to some rumors, the player is very happy to begin this new adventure and now he can’t wait to test himself with the Super Lig.
