Muller on his future at Bayern: “We’ll see what happens. Only the body ages, I fight”

Thomas Müller it’s at the Bayern Munich for 24 years, an enormous amount for any type of job, especially when it comes to football. The German has only had one club in his life and that is Bavaria: he started in the youth team in 2000, then played for a while in the second team and finally was promoted with the first. In the match won 2-0 against Freiburg he scored the last goal and in the post-match he then introduced himself to the microphones of Sky Sports Germanycommenting on the rumours about his future:

“We’ll see what happens (his contract expires in 2025, ed.). Only the body ages, I fight against this, but it’s not a question of me or the length of the agreement. I try to show the coach that I am an option for the starting eleven, but to defend Kompany, I have to say that we have many good options in attack (laughs, ed.)”.
