Rome, nerves on edge around Trigoria: fight between De Rossi and Cristante in training

Nerves are on edge at Roma, and not just because of the defeat against Empoli and a difficult start to the championship. At Trigoria yesterday during training, an argument broke out between coach Daniele De Rossi and Bryan Cristante, who was knocked down during a practice match and fell to the ground. Immediately afterward – according to the Messaggero – the midfielder allegedly caused a goal for the opposing team, just like what had already happened against the Tuscans. And it is precisely here that De Rossi’s reaction is said to have started, as he allegedly called his player to order.

Cristante then responded vehemently, starting a heated argument marked by very harsh words from both sides. Later, the coach and the midfielder clarified the situation, but the incident underlines the nervousness that hovers around Trigoria. Roma, in fact, needs redemption and is ready to find it against Juventus, the Giallorossi’s next opponent in the championship.
