The coach of Mantua David Possanzini spoke at the press conference after the match against Juve Stabia. Here are his words:
“The game was easy to read, we had numerical superiority behind. We struggled to understand some situations, in the first half we made many technical errors. We weren’t as good as other times. They scored on one of our mistakes. Those who came on gave us a boost. In these games when you’re behind, it’s very hard. It was a game that could have been won. We lost it due to many of our shortcomings. The players have to play football from the first to the last minute. There are bad days, but we could have drawn very well. We accept the defeat, it makes us understand many things but it leaves a bitter taste in our mouths. We can’t give away certain opportunities. The opponents weren’t superior. I accept the result, it doesn’t bother me but the way we played. In football games you have to do things well, without problems. In the first half we almost got tired playing well, we know how to do things.”
