Official presentation today at Pisa for the Danish midfielder Malthe Hojholtwho arrived on a permanent basis from Aalborg. Here is an excerpt from his statements reported by FootballPisa which start from the theme of settling into the new reality: “I actually had some problems with the heat because the temperatures are different than in Denmark but overall I’m settling in well. Why did I choose Pisa? Because it had been looking for me for a year and so it wasn’t a surprise”.
The 23-year-old then spoke about his approach with Filippo Inzaghi: “I had a great impact. It’s important for me to be trained by a great champion like him. He’s making us work hard but this will be useful to us.”
Finally, space on his goals in the shadow of the leaning tower: “I hope to be able to repeat what Larsen and Berggreen did in Pisa. I want to give an important contribution to the team”.
