Reus to LA Galaxy, all done: full agreement, in the next few days he will be in the USA for medical visits

It had been in the air for some time now, now it’s all done: Mark Reus found an agreement with the Los Angeles Galaxy. As reported by Fabrizio Romanothe German will sign a contract until December 2025 with an option for an extension. In the next few days he will travel to the United States for medical examinations and the subsequent officialization of the transfer.

Reus has worn the yellow and black jersey since the summer of 2012 and after 12 years he decided that in the summer he would not renew his contract, freeing himself from the club that raised him and introduced him to the world of football, with which he won 2 German Cups (in 2016 – 2017 and in 2020 – 2021), 3 titles of best player in the Bundesliga (in 2012, 2014 and 2019) and a World Cup with Germany in 2014. Numerous injuries prevented him from establishing himself at even higher levels, tormenting him throughout his career.

In 2023-2024 he made 28 appearances between the Bundesliga, Champions League and DFB Cup, scoring 6 goals and providing 5 assists, in addition to having also received a yellow card in the 1,800 minutes in which Terzic decided to keep him on the pitch. The biggest regret will remain the two defeats in the Champions League final.
