Valerio Antoninipresident of Trapani, comments on the latest purchase of the Sicilians, the bomber Facundo Lescano:
“It was a lightning deal that lasted just over two hours. I called Triestina and made an offer that was accepted. Facundo is tied to us with a two-year contract. The phone call between me and the player was decisive. We are joined by another number 10 who is a great friend of mine, Diego Armando Maradona, who Facundo’s grandfather coached twice. We are working on two other important signings in order to give the coach a team that shifts the balance and aims strongly for Serie B”.

FC Trapani 1905 announces that it has acquired the rights to the sporting performances of the footballer Facundo Lescano from Unione Sportiva Triestina Calcio 1918, on a permanent basis.
Lescano, born in the province of Buenos Aires on August 18, 1996, has made 253 appearances in Serie C during his long career in Italy, scoring 79 goals. A 187 cm tall central striker, he made his Serie A debut for Torino in the 2014/2015 season. Lescano has played for Sicula Leonzio, Sambenedettese, Virtus Entella, Pescara and Triestina, among others. He has always scored in double figures in the last five seasons.
