“Royal Charleroi Sporting Club is pleased to announce that it has reached an agreement with Raymond Asante (20 years old) and Udinese Calcio regarding the season-long loan of the player. Asante, born on May 27, 2004, is a young winger of Ghanaian origin, lively and skilled, Raymond will therefore continue his sporting growth within the professional core during this season with the Zebras. After making his debut at Young Apostoli FC (Ghana), noticed by scouts of Udinese Calcio (Serie A), Raymond then left his country of origin to come to Europe. With Udinese Primavera – the team of hope of Udinese Calcio – Raymond played a total of 53 games for 23 goals and 13 assists.
