Juve Stabia, a goalkeeper from Serie A is arriving: it’s Sorrentino from Monza

After two seasons as a reserve at Monza, in which he made seven appearances all in Serie A in the last season, for Alessandro Sorrentino there could be an experience in Serie B where he can find continuity and show the qualities he showed in Serie C with the Pescara shirt (29 appearances in the 2021-22 season). In fact, the Brianza club does not seem to bet on the young Italian, given the arrival of Keylor Navas and the possible one – albeit uphill – of Andrea Adviceand therefore would be ready to send him to play elsewhere.

As reported by Sky Sports in fact, the 2002-born player is close to moving to Juve Stabia, newly promoted to Serie B, a club that has been looking for a starting goalkeeper for some time given the return of Demba Thiam to SPAL at the end of his loan and the difficulties encountered during this transfer market in bringing him back to Campania.

Sorrentino would therefore go to support the more experienced Kristian Matosevictaken from Triestina, between the goal posts of the Wasps competing equally for the starting shirt in the next Serie B championship.
