TMW

Juventus has defined in the last few days the organizational chart of the coaches also for the youth teams and has a new technical guide for the Under 17 team. It will be Matteo Cioffi the new coach of the black and white boys, a relative of art (his brother Gabriele coached Udinese and Hellas Verona twice in Serie A) who has an important and very focused career behind him for the role he is going to assume.

Yes, because Matteo Cioffi’s path has always had the youth sector at its centre: the first, big stage is in Fiorentina, where he holds the position of coach of the U17 team for 4 years, also there. From 2015 to 2019 he trains the Viola players that will be, then he also tries an adventure as a first team coach, at Aglianese but it lasts a couple of months, before flying to Bosnia for what is certainly a fascinating and unusual assignment, if seen from the perspective of someone who is in Italy.

In fact, for a few months Matteo Cioffi was the director of the football school at FK Sarajevoone of the most important teams in Bosnia. Then an adventure in the staff of his brother Gabriele at Verona, now a step back in the direction of youth football, to help an elite reality like Juventus not to waste the talent of the youngest.
