Fiorentina, new provisions for the away sector next season: the details

News is coming on the capacity and the positioning of the away sector at the Artemio Franchi stadium in Florencewith the problems related to the fact that the hot cheering of the Florentine will be moved from the Curva Fiesole to the Curva Ferrovia for the restyling works that began a few weeks ago. There are in fact new provisions: for league and Coppa Italia matches, away fans will be able to have up to 300 seats, with the issue still to be approved, given that it was deliberated in the Gos meeting but will now pass to the Lega Serie A which will have to grant the exemption. While for Conference League matches, where it is mandatory to respect the 5% to be allocated to away fans, the away sector will be able to give space to up to 1000 supporters of the various opposing clubs.

The Viola club will deliver the documentation to Lega Serie A in the next few hours. During the league and Coppa Italia matches, the away sector will be the “formaggino” closest to the Maratona, while the second, closest to the Curva Ferrovia, will be free since the Viola fans will move to that sector to allow the work to be finished in Fiesole.

For the other sectors, Fiorentina confirms that the work will affect the lateral part of the Tribuna near the Fiesole which will therefore not be accessible, while the Maratona Centrale sector will remain free and tickets will not be put on sale until the fence between the construction area and the area reserved for the public is put up.
