“The Federation will always be on the side of the referees”. The president Gabriel Gravina thus opened the meeting with the presidency of theAIAthe Technical Sector and the National Technical Bodies which took place this morning in Rome in the ‘Paolo Rossi’ Room at the FIGC headquarters. “The AIA – the federal president underlined – is a true excellence, as demonstrated by the designations in the main world competitions and the presence of Italian managers at the top of international bodies”.
The meeting was attended by the president of AIA Carlo Pacifici, the vice Alberto Zaroli, the head of the Technical Sector Antonio Damato with the coordinator Marco Falso, the heads of the various Referees and Observers Commissions of football and futsal and the secretary of AIA Silvia Moro. For the Federation, in addition to the president Gravina, the general secretary Marco Brunelli was also present.
“We are at the start of the new sports season – said Pacifici – In the next few days the pre-season meetings of the various national teams will begin in Cascia. All our referees, assistants, video match officials and observers are ready to carry out their role with the usual professionalism and competence”.
