Castellanos: “This year at Lazio will be important for me, last year was complicated”

Lazio are currently carrying out the first part of their summer retreat in the Trentino town of Auronzo di Cadore and directly from there, to the microphones of Sky Sports, Lazio centre forward Valentin Castellanos spokealso known by the nickname ‘Taty’.

Castellanos saidprojecting himself between his recent past and the immediate future that lies before him: “Last year was complicated because I played less than the previous one at Girona: but I felt good and I had the confidence of both Immobile and Sarri. Now I’m focused on staying here with my teammates and being mentally well from day one. Going strong, working for the team and playing more, that’s important for my confidence. I’d like to play in Serie A, in the cup, in Europe… And then the best thing is to wear the jersey of your country’s national team. This year at Lazio will be important for me”.
