Bologna, Cambiaghi: “Very happy to be here, see you soon at Dall’Ara”

First words as a new Bologna player for Nicholas Cambiaghi:

Hello rossoblù fans, I just arrived and I’m very happy to be here. See you soon at Dall’Ara, Forza Bologna”, the offensive winger told the club’s social media channels.

Bologna’s press release
“Bologna FC 1909 announces that it has definitively acquired the rights to the sports performances of striker Nicolò Cambiaghi from Atalanta BC. A short, two-footed winger born in 2000 with great technical and athletic skills, he has just finished two seasons as a starter at Empoli, on loan from Atalanta: he has always shown a spirit of sacrifice, a stubborn search for conclusions even from distance, uncommon speed and quality in one-on-one situations.

The first season in Tuscany was peppered with great satisfaction also from the point of view of scoring, while at the same time Nicolò was one of the references of the Italian Under-21 national team, and in the last championship despite the two changes of coach he was always one of the most used. And in the end he was one of the most effective among the Under-23s of the best European leagues in terms of successful dribbling. He loves to dare, take on responsibilities, create a potential goal opportunity from every ball that comes his way, and before the two years in Tuscany he grew up, always on loan from the Nerazzurri of Bergamo (with whom he had won 2 Primavera championships), in Serie B in Reggio Emilia and Pordenone. A fighter’s temperament, in July 2024 he moved to the red and blues after 66 total appearances with Empoli, against 8 goals”.
