Borussia Dortmund, Guirassy’s injury scares. CEO warns: “We will check again”

Is Serhou Guirassy’s transfer to Borussia Dortmund in jeopardy? The yellow and black club announced yesterday that during the medical examinations of the Guinean striker a problem was found that required further checks and tests, to obtain clarifications on the physical form of the Stuttgart player. Until a few hours ago the CEO of BVB broke the silence, to explain carefully what happened.

The reconstructionGuirassy arrived in Dortmund yesterday evening and this morning underwent the first part of the medical examinations for a deal that would bring the 18 million of the release clause in the contract of the player born in 1996 to Stuttgart’s coffers. But during the medical procedure required before signing the contract with the yellow and blacks, the BVB doctors diagnosed a lesion of the collateral ligament in his right knee – reports PICTURE -, which Guirassy suffered during World Cup qualifying with Guinea in early June.

Dortmund’s announcementTo clarify the Guirassy case, the CEO of BVB intervened a short while ago, Hans Joachim Watzkedirectly to the microphones of the PICTURE: “The current situation is that everyone involved still wants the transfer, but of course we need to clarify the extent of the injury.” Adding: “We will check again,” the exclusive statement released to the notebooks of the German newspaper.
