Villarreal, insertion for Brescianini. Lazio, Atalanta and Fiorentina watching

Villarreal enters the race for Marco Brescianini, Frosinone midfielder. The Spanish have conducted a survey to understand the feasibility of the operation, even if the figures continue to be not indifferent. The Ciociari are asking for around 12 million euros (plus bonuses) with Milan having 50% of the future resale. The competition is strong, because Atalanta, Fiorentina and Lazio are after the player, while the rumours that Napoli are also in the running have not been confirmed for now.

The midfielder is in Fiuggi for the retreat with Frosinone, but he knows that he will probably leave soon. In recent weeks, an offer of 8 million from Fiorentina had been raised, which was rejected.

However, it is likely that there will be a new round of offers by the interested parties, with the possibility that the figure will be trimmed down – not by much, around 10 million – and then given the green light. The sporting director of the Frosinone team, Guido Angelozzihe spoke like this in recent days. “For now they are unsellable because we would like to keep them all, then we will see. The coach will have talks with the players and we will see. If any requests arrive we will evaluate them, they are important players of value and whoever wants them must pay for them. We do not give players away. At this moment we have blocked everything, the president would like to keep them all.
