Taremi left the headquarters. His first words: “Forza Inter”

The first visit to the Nerazzurri headquarters has ended Mehdi Taremi: the Iranian striker has just left Inter’s headquarters with Federico Pastorello and Fernando Couto, the agent’s collaborator for Portugal. The former Porto striker spent a few minutes with the press and fans as he left, also saying the fateful “Forza Inter” while waiting for the official announcement, which should not be long in coming. A three-year contract worth 3 million euros per season awaits him, which will tie him to Inter until 30 June 2027: with Zielinski and Martinez, who has already been announced, Inter has increased the squad available to Inzaghi and now the attention is on a new signing for the defence.

Yesterday Andrea Stramaccioni spoke about Inter’s new signing: “Taremi is a great attacking specialist with two strikers who work for each other, he has always done so, with Marega and Evanilson at Porto and with Azmoun in the national team. He will do so at Inter too. The season will be busy and he will have to know how to integrate with any partner, even during the game. Taremi will be a solid alternative to the Lautaro-Thuram attacking duo that has just dominated Serie A. Marotta and Ausilio have completed a very important operation, even more so because it was free”.
