Ramon Diaz is back in the game, still in Brazil: he is the new coach of Corinthians

Official

Ramon Angel Diaz returns to the bench. After his farewell to Vasco da Gama, made official last April, the Argentine coach will coach again in Brazil: Corinthians decided to rely on him after the dismissal of António Oliveira and the terrible start to the championship, with only 12 points earned in 15 games. He signed a contract until December 31, 2025.

Diaz, 64, is a well-known figure in Italian football: he played for Napoli, Avellino, Fiorentina and Inter in the 80s, before becoming a coach in the mid-90s. From River to the Paraguayan national team, to Al Hilal and Al Ittihad, his experiences on the bench are countless. Now he is ready for a new adventure.
