Holland-England probable lineups: goal duel between Depay and Kane

The Euro 2024 semi-final programme ends this evening, with Holland-England. On one side, the surprising Oranje of Koeman, on the other, the Three Lions national team, given as favourite on the eve and which has reached this point of the tournament not shining as its potential – especially in attack – would have required. The winner will challenge Spain, who yesterday evening beat France 2-1 in a comeback. Appointment at 9pm at Signal-Iduna-Park from Dortmund, the match is led by Mr. Felix Zwayer.

HOW THE NETHERLANDS ARRIVES – Koeman should give continuity to the 4-2-3-1 seen from the first minute against Turkey. In front of Verbruggen, a four-man defensive line with strong Nerazzurri hues with Dumfries, De Vrij, Van Dijk and Aké. Schouten and Reijnders in midfield, while up front Depay will be supported by the trio formed by Bergwijn, Simons and Gakpo.

HOW ENGLAND ARRIVES – Continuity also from Southgate, with 3-4-2-1 deployed against Switzerland. Walker, Stones and Guehi will be the three defenders placed in front of Pickford. In the middle of the field Mainoo and Rice, with Saka and Tripper on the sides. Between the lines Bellingham and Foden, close to the only striker who will obviously be Kane.
