De Zerbi insists, he wants to bring Valentin Carboni to OM: Inter asks for 30 million euros

Roberto De Zerbi’s Olympique Marseille are pushing to buy the 2005-born Argentine playmaker Valentin Carboni from Inter. As reported by the ‘Gazzetta dello Sport’ on newsstands today, even in the last few hours the Ligue 1 club has continued contacts to understand if there is room to close the deal quickly.

The French are aiming to convince Inter to let their little gem leave, but the Nerazzurri club is not currently willing to send Carboni out on loan again after his experience with Monza last season. In Viale della Liberazione, however, they are willing to listen to offers for a transfer to
definitive title: the valuation is at least 30 million (in January Inter had rejected 20 million from Fiorentina).
Currently playing in the Copa America with Argentina, Carboni has found good continuity with the Monza jersey in the last season, making thirty-one appearances. He also scored two goals, against Juventus and Frosinone.

However, Carboni is not the only player leaving: Dutch defender Stefan De Vrij could also leave the Nerazzurri club in this transfer market session: should Marotta and Ausilio manage to define the exit of the orange centre-back to Saudi Arabia, then Inter would be ready to launch an assault on Kim Min-jae, formerly of Napoli and now at Bayern Munich.
