Top scorer and key player still in white and blue:Kenan Karaman has signed a new contract with Schalke 04. The striker has signed until June 30, 2028. Last season, Karaman scored 14 goals in 31 official matches and contributed to nine other goals.
I am very happy to have extended my contract with Schalke for the long term. Over these two years, a special relationship has developed between me, the club and the fans. Schalke has always been my first point of contact, I have emphasized this again and again. I would especially like to thank Ben, Marc, the board and of course our head coach for the good discussions and the trust they have shown in me with this decision. Together with our new team, I would like to continue the path we have taken and advance the club in sporting terms in the coming years. I am already looking forward to the coming years!”
