Martusciello to Salernitana, Cremonese double hit. Montero to Next Gen

The day that has just ended was full of official announcements, both for Serie B and Serie C. As for the cadet championship, the most important announcements were those of Salernitana, who made official the new coach Giovanni Martusciello (for him a two-year contract) and Cremonese: the grey-red club made a double signing, purchasing the Belgian playmaker from Catanzaro Jari Vandeputy (best assist-man of the last Serie B season) and the goalkeeper Andrea Fulignati. Important announcement also for the newly promoted Mantova, who has purchased the central defender from Como on a permanent basis Matthew Solini.

Two renewals for SudTirol
A double renewal at SudTirol, with the club announcing that both goalkeeper Giacomo Poluzzi and midfielder Jasmin Kurtic will be part of the red and white squad for the next Serie B season. The former, who still had one year left on his contract, extended until 2026, while the outfielder extended until 2025.

Juventus NG, Montero is the new coach
Paul Montero signs a contract that ties him to Juventus for another two years, until June 30, 2026, and at the same time becomes the new coach of the Next Gen. After the first official match of the 2024/2025 season, therefore, the Uruguayan coach will be the first in the history of Juventus to have coached the Under 19, Next Gen and First Team.

Avellino’s double win
Avellino makes a double important move, a purchase and a renewal. Anthony Iannarilli is the new goalkeeper of the Wolves, the former Ternana player has signed a two-year contract with the Irpini. The renewal instead is that of Cosimo Patierno: the green and white striker has renewed his contract, which expires next June, for another season, thus tying himself to the club until 30 June 2026.
