Alaves, from Godoy Cruz here is the winger Tomas Conechny: he has signed until 2028

Deportivo Alavés has reached an agreement with Godoy Cruz for the permanent transfer of the Argentine footballer Tomas ConechnyThe 26-year-old has signed a contract until June 30, 2028.

This is the statement from the Spanish club: “The skilled and powerful left-back arrives in Vitoria-Gasteiz after becoming one of the best players in Argentine football in the last two seasons. Tomás José Conechny (Comodoro Rivadavia, March 30, 1998) arrived at Godoy Cruz at the start of the 2023 season, from Club Almagro, after an experience at Deportivo Maldonado in Uruguay and three years in the MLS from the United States, where he played for the Portland Timbers. Quick and dynamic, 1.76 meters tall, Conechny stands out for his power both in striking the ball and in body to body. He is a forward with a nose for goal and a great ability to link the game. In a season and a half with the Godoy Cruz jersey, he scored 14 goals and distributed 10 assists in 61 official matches.

Tomás Conechny also has experience with Argentina Under 17 and Under 20, with whom he has made 25 appearances, scoring 7 goals.
