West Ham, defensive coup: agreement with Wolverhampton for Kilman, figures and details

West Ham have been looking for a quality centre back for a few weeks now and they finally seem to have found one in Max Kilman. According to what was reported by Sky Sports UKWolverhampton have accepted the latest offer from Hammers for his captain, ready to move to London.

The satellite broadcaster also reports the details of the negotiation. To convince the Wolves West Ham, after the initial ‘no’ to a proposal of 30 million euros, raised the offer to 40 million pounds, or over 47 million euros. A decidedly very high figure.

Kilman, who last summer was in Napoli’s sights for the post-Kim (the Azzurri offered as much as 35 million euros, but received a refusal from Wolverhampton), wins the race with Jean-Clair Todibo, West Ham’s other big target for the defence. It’s done, Kilman will be a new Hammer.
