The star of Max Meyer has faded a bit in recent years, although his talent remains undoubted. The German midfielder, born in 1995, will begin a new adventure, in a European championship that he had not yet explored: he has signed a contract until June 30, 2026 with APOEL Nicosia.
Before arriving in Cyprus, he had played in Switzerland (Lucerne), Turkey (Fenerbahce), Denmark (Midtjylland) and England (Crystal Palace). Raised in the youth teams of Schalke 04, where he made his professional debut, in Germany he also wore the jersey of Cologne.
