The former footballer Ruben Burianiwho spoke yesterday on the web frequencies of TMW Radio, focused on some current issues for Milan, such as the search for a new striker to give to Fonseca on the transfer market: “Now everyone is looking for the center forward and I notice that the negotiations on good players are already starting to drag on. Lukaku is a player who provides depth, inside the area he knows how to make himself heard. Right now it’s all a mixture of lots of preliminary chatter.”
However, Milan are looking for very different profiles in attack, is there a bit of confusion?
“I don’t think it’s confusing, they simply hope to have an important name for next year. We must take precautions in case a negotiation could fall through. At Milan they are clear about what they want, but operations on the transfer market are never easy. Lukaku’s qualities are indisputable, but there are countless factors to consider, sometimes even an injury can be enough to affect a season.”
