Real Madrid have officially exercised their option to buy Joselu. The Spanish center forward is now in all respects a player of the Blancos but he will not remain in the capital: he will be sold to Al Gharafa, in Qatar. Espanyol receives 1.5 million euros.
Joselu did his job very well in the season just ended: as a reserve he scored 17 goals and 3 assists in 49 games in all competitions, contributing to the successes of Carlo Ancelotti’s team.
